Chicken Fried Chicken - Comfort food!

It's super easy. I flatten my chicken before dredging in egg and cracker mix. Can be easily made without the potato flakes, but the flakes do add a little something extra. I serve with Mashed Potatoes and Corn spiced with red pepper flakes.
